Every student that comes to Learning Prep, is here because of a primary language-based need.

Profiles typically include:

  • Specific learning disability (Dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia)
  • Language Disorder (Receptive, Expressive, Mixed)
  • Communication disorder

Can also include:

  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Anxiety
  • Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Level 1

Typical Affect:

  • Wants to do well in school
  • Kind
  • Naïve
  • Presents younger than same-age peers

Profiles LPS cannot support:

  • Intellectual disability
  • Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Level 2 or 3
  • Primary emotional disabilities
