Transition Planning Night is November 7th
Join us on Thursday November 7 from 6:00-8:00 pm for a night of guest speakers sharing information about:
- Guardianship
- Reasonable Accommodations
- MRC (Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission)
- Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services)
- Independent Living Centers / Transition to Adulthood
- Transition Assessments
- College Navigator
Questions can be asked to individual presenters at the end.
There will be a recording and the slides will be sent out after if you cannot make it, but please join us and bring your questions!
