Senior gifts
It’s that time of year when the seniors are preparing to move forward from LPS and onto their next journey. Two years ago a tradition was started for LPS families that choose to participate: to adopt an LPS senior and give them a small send-off gift on their last day of classes. It's been a great success and appreciated by the students and families.
We are actively recruiting 9th, 10th and 11th grade families to participate for this years seniors. If you wish to participate, you will be assigned a senior (just before or just after April vacation) and given a Thinking Map with their interests. You then purchase a gift, or a few small gifts, and wrap them.
The gifts are due to Amy Davis by Friday, May 23. Spending limit is $30.00.
There are fifteen seniors this year, so we need 15 volunteer families.
