Penny Wars winner announced!
Our first-ever Penny Wars was a big win for the LPS community. Students brought the spirit, the strategy, and the spare change, raising over $500 in just one week! Congratulations to the BLUE TEAM for taking the victory, and a huge thank-you to every student and family who participated.
Due to the cold weather, the extra-recess prize will take place at a later date. In the meantime, all students from the winning team will be entered into a raffle for special prizes.
This fun, fast-paced fundraiser showed what we can do together, and we’re just getting started. Stay tuned for the next Family Committee activity coming in January.
