Sign up for Family/Teacher conferences

Family/Teacher Conferences are coming up! This is an opportunity for parents/guardians to meet with our faculty for updates on your student's progress this year in their classes. Conferences will be held over Zoom on Monday,  February 9 between 8:00am and 3:00pm. Here is a list of all faculty members. Click each faculty member's link to sign up for a 10-minute conference. If you would like, you can use this Conference Schedule Template document to keep track of your meeting times and each faculty member's unique zoom link. The deadline to sign up for conferences is Tuesday, February 3 at 5:00pm. 

Your student’s schedule lists each of their teacher’s names. If you need a copy of your student's schedule, please email jglassman@learningprep.org. 

Please limit your sign-ups to one time slot per faculty member, including ELA teachers who see their students twice per day. Please make every effort to be on time for your conference time slot. Teachers may not be able to extend your time if the meeting starts late. We encourage you to bookmark the link to the faculty list for your reference. If you cannot find a time that works for you on Monday 2/9, please reach out to your student's teacher directly to find an alternate time that works for you both.
