Frequently Asked Questions about the registration and login process

Question 1. When I try to register I get the following message:

"The information you supplied did not match any parents records in our database.
Please verify the information you are providing or contact Learning Prep School for assistance."

Answer:
Make sure the registration information you have provided matches your records in the LPS files.

If your first name reads "Robert (Bob)", then provide your first name as "Robert (Bob)" during the registration process.

If you have an appostrophe or a single quote in any of the names you are filling in,
please replace the appostrophe or single quote with a space.

Make sure you have the correct year filled out for your childs date of birth

If after applying the tips above you still continue to have problems with the registration, please

Make sure you provide the complete set of information you tried to register with so that it can be verified against your records on file.
